“I desperately need some help getting my house organized, but I don’t want to be judged!”

DOES THIS SOUND LIKE YOU, or someone you love?

The one thing all of my clients had in common was feeling exposed, vulnerable and most of all did not want to be judged!

Since the inception of Task Assassinz, I have worked with several clients throughout the years who desperately needed some assistance and guidance in getting their spaces in order. Some just didn’t know where to start, and others simply weren’t physically capable of completing certain tasks themselves any longer. In many cases, my clients in the latter category often felt a misguided sense of shame at how out of control their households had become. With the passage of every day, the problem compounded, growing bigger and bigger, leaving them with a grave sense of hopelessness! My heart goes out to them!

At Task Assassinz, we understand how EXTREMELY difficult it is to allow strangers into your personal space, especially when it’s not reflective of who you truly are!

Some of our greatest and most challenging success stories have come as a result of us being able to gain the trust of our clients.

Whether it’s a referral from another client, a relationship we were able to develop further while completing a less personal task for a client, or the chance meeting of anyone who would benefit from our services, the first thing we talk about is that our ONLY goal is to make a positive influence in the lives of those we serve, 100% without judgement.

In service to our clients we strove to reinforce trust at every stage of the project.

By actively listening to the needs of the client we were able to craft client-specific plans, that brought their main objective to fruition.

I know it sounds simple, but I always ask my clients to define what the main objective of their space-organization project is, i.e., free up space, organize and retain all items, return a specific room/area to functionality, etc.

Clearly defining an objective helped to keep projects on track, and gave the client some perspective, prompting them to start considering what sacrifices they may need to make in pursuit of their stated goals, i.e. potentially having to let some things go, storing them off-site, or creating an organized space on premise, dedicated to storage.

When polling our clients, I’ve come to learn that the most appreciated benenfits of a space-organization by Task Assassinz have been:

  • uncluttering spaces
  • clearing paths, to facilitate safe travel throughout the house
  • placing items where they could easily be accessed for daily use
  • locating valuable items, that had once been lost
  • reclaiming rooms, which had been used for spontaneous storage
  • show-casing treasured items, so they could be enjoyed and appreciated
  • diposing of unused items, to free up valuable space
